The Process:
The first step for the real estate investor before beginning the process is to get the property under contract. You want to have a signed contract before looking for funding, so you don’t miss out on the deal.
Next call us for a free consultation and then we will begin the process. You will fill out a pre-application. Then our broker will assist you with all of the necessary documents that are needed. As long as all of the necessary documents are in, you can have your funding in as little a few days. We’ve seen funding closed in 5 days.
Requirements:
- The property must be non-owner occupied.
- The property must be under a signed Purchase and Sale agreement if purchasing the property or looking for funding to renovate the property.
- A pre-application has to be filled out and signed.
- A list of required documents will be provided to you by our broker and must be received in a timely manner to get you the funding you need fast.
